So you’ve heard some really bad things about your boss and now your eyes and ears screen everything that this person says and does. Office Therapy says STOP doing that! You are looking and listening for trouble. What you’ve heard was another person’s experience which has nothing to do with you, so don’t use it to spoil your experience with your boss. Different people expose different things in others. Who knows, this person just might like you for ONE reason and that might be because you are DIFFERENT. Office Therapy wishes you a meaningful Monday! #Hello
It’s Friday and your friends are excited about the night out planned. But there’s only one problem, your pocket is on a fixed deposit. Still, you just can’t stand the look you will get when you say, for the third time this week , “I can’t make it tonight”. Office Therapy says, throw your palms up in the face of peer pressure. Your budget is not their budget so don’t be pressured into spending like your friends do. If they are really serious about having your company tonight then this time your night will be ALL on them. Cheers to the weekend! Cling cling cling #Hello
You are back in that dungeon again. Plain walls, the same smell and the same old everything . As the motivated employee you should be there is nothing wrong with making a few suggestions to your HRM about ways to spruce up the work environment. Suggest throwing in some bright colours to stimulate bright ideas and positive attitudes or hosting office retreats occasionally. If that's not an option try personalizing your space. Pop up a little portrait of the family (or baby girl/boy) to the left of the desk. Take a nice vase from home for the desk or a palm tree for the corner; set the home screen of your computer to something that soothes your mind and relaxes your thoughts. This will show your Boss that you are here to stay and you are good at making adjustments. If none of these are an option then Office Therapy says squeeze your stress ball and STAY CALM #Hello

It's that awkward moment when you see your boss outside of the office; maybe at the gym, supermarket, in a clothing store, restaurant and even worst, at the club. Office Therapy says stop, drop and roll! Just joking. Say Hi, but don't be the first because you don't know if he/she wants to be seen. Also avoid being too informal and talking about the panties you prefer because you are standing in a lingerie store. This awkwardness can follow you to work the next morning and maybe for the rest of your time working there. Hi and bye is good conversation too. #Hello
Office Therapy: OMG, my back hurts, no my feet hurts, oh no my head hurts, my whole damn body hurts! Office Therapy says your body needs you! But, eating healthy is so cliché. Between work hours, play hours and rest hours, not to mention the little chump change left in your pocket, you may not be able to afford eating healthy, literally. Taking supplements are a good way to catch up on those missed meals, bad eating hours and BAD BAD fast-food. Ladies, stock upon your One-A-Day Women and men you too can take One-A Day energy drink. Cod-liver oil is cheap and effective; iron tablets are great for helping your body recuperate from your monthly cycle. Your Vitamin C you can get from ordering orange juice with your lunch instead of soda. Don’t forget to exercise. Instead of taking the elevator, run up and down the stair like the fit fiddle you are. Staying healthy is NOT optional because your mind is as healthy as your body. #Hello
